I was a software engineer — deep in the world of complex systems and high-stakes problem-solving. But behind the scenes, I was falling apart. Depression. Burnout. ADHD. I went on long-term disability. I lost my sense of purpose.
And then, I rebuilt.
With the help of my care team, my family, and a

With the help of my care team, my family, and a hell of a lot of inner work, I emerged — not as the old me, but as someone new. Someone who values clarity, compassion, and action. Someone who knows what it’s like to feel flatlined… and what it takes to come back.

I’m not a beverage exec. I’m not chasing trends. I’m a builder — of systems, of rituals, of recovery. I’ve sat in the darkness and clawed my way back toward light. And I want to share something real. Something that supports people who are rebuilding, recharging, reawakening.
